The character of Kaluga
Our Kaluga is described with large, firm pearls, a smooth creamy flavour and a clean finish. The texture makes it an interesting comparison with the softer character of Beluga and the nutty finish of Oscietra.
Choosing a tin
The collection lists tins from 30g to 500g. A smaller tin works for tasting; 50g gives two people more to share. For a gathering, consider how many other dishes you plan to serve.
Enjoy the flavour
Serve chilled and taste it alone first. A simple blini can add a gentle base. Follow the storage instructions on the individual tin and avoid leaving it warm on the table.
