On arrival
Place caviar in the refrigerator promptly. Check that the packaging is intact and follow the temperature and use-by information on the individual label. Product labels take priority over general online advice.
Before and during serving
Keep the tin chilled until close to serving time. Take out what you need and return any remaining caviar promptly to the refrigerator. Do not leave a perishable tin on a warm table.
After opening
Follow the opened-tin instructions on the packaging. If the product arrives damaged or unexpectedly warm, contact us before consuming it. Do not freeze unless the product label specifically permits it.
