Our Oscietra is presented as medium pearls with a rich, creamy texture and a delicate nutty finish. It is a versatile introduction when you want a flavour that feels distinctive without needing elaborate accompaniments.
Choose your size
A 30g tin is a first tasting; 50g is a generous shared experience for two. The 100g and larger tins make more room for a caviar-led course or a gathering. Choose by how central caviar will be to the meal.
Serve it simply
Try a little on its own first. A plain blini and small spoonful of crème fraîche can offer contrast while leaving its creamy, nutty character clear. Keep the tin chilled and follow its label for storage.
